Mood and anxiety disorders, CBT, Marriage Counseling
I utilize humor with practical applications to assist individuals who are stuck in their lives. With couples, I help them restore their connection, create greater intimacy and deal with trust and conflict issues that may be interfering in their relationship. I have a BA in psychology from Oberlin College, and an MSW from Columbia University. Formerly, I was on the faculty at Wheelock College Center for Family Studies. I am happily married with four children, enjoy running, cooking and baking, yoga, music and learning the keyboard.

Anxiety disorders in children, adolescents and adults
I am a graduate of Boston University and past instructor in psychology at the Harvard Medical School at Cambridge Hospital. I have more than 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in anxiety disorders with children and adolescent clients. I believe it is important to work collaboratively with parents and their children to design solutions to change problematic behavior and emotional issues. In addition, I provide individual therapy to adult clients presenting with a variety of issues.
